Galina Marshalova, member of the BSTU Young Scientists Board and Valeriy Zhilinskiy, Associate Professor of the Department of Chemistry, Technology of Electrochemical Production and Electronic Materials Engineering conducted Global Atomic Quiz held within the frame of VII International Science and Technology Forum on Petrochemistry and Oil and Gas Processing (PETROGASCHEMISTRY-2024).
The event was organized by Rossotrudnichestvo Office in the Republic of Belarus and Belarusian State Technological University.
The intellectual battle brought together 7 teams representing the University faculties and the BSTU affiliated College of Building Materials Industry. The first three places were placed as follows:
1st place – Forestry Faculty;
2nd place – Faculty of Chemical Technology and Engineering;
3rd place – Organic Substances Technology Faculty.
Global Atomic Quiz is a global educational project dedicated to the World Science Day and aiming to inform a broad audience about nuclear physics, nuclear technology and the role it plays in the modern world.
The quiz contestants were granted a unique opportunity to check their knowledge and discover new information in the field of atomic science.
