Minsk, May 27, 2026 – Serhei Kasperovich, Rector of Belarusian State Technological University (BSTU), is participating in the Third Forum of the League of University Rectors of Russia, Belarus, and Brazil. Organized under the auspices of the Republican Council of Rectors of Higher Education Institutions, the landmark event is jointly hosted by leading Belarusian universities – Belarusian State University of Foreign Languages and Belarusian State University.
