Methods and Systems for Product Quality Control

Quality Assurance is close connected to management processes and embraces a wide scope of activities:

• analysis of competitive capacity of enterprises and market attractiveness;

• knowledge-based approach towards development and implementation of innovative processes and new products.

Product quality is important because it affects the success of the company and helps establish its reputation in the markets. High-quality products that continue to meet customer demands can reduce production costs, increase investment returns and revenue. The role of a quality assurance professional is to design, evaluate, supervise, and update the processes that lead to the creation of a product or service to ensure customer safety and satisfaction. Those who have years of experience behind them in the field of quality are always in demand on the labour market. 

 

Students of Methods and Systems for Product Quality Control MSc program will be trained in current practices and methods required by management for implementing and improving operational performance and customer satisfaction.

They will gain quality management knowledge, economic knowledge and knowledge of modern control, information and communication technologies. Graduates of the MSc program will find employment as quality managers or quality engineers, and in a number of management functions at various levels of organization management.

 

Chemical Technology Processes Engineering

The Chemical Technology Processes Engineering MSc program is designed to develop a deep understanding of the chemical and process engineering discipline with a number of advanced courses that are relevant to the up-to-date priorities and requirements of the modern industries.

Chemical engineering is a continuously evolving discipline pivotal to a variety of industries. Chemical engineers are widely engaged in the design of large-scale facilities in the chemical, petrochemical, and industrial biotechnology sectors.

The MSc program strongly focuses on an interdisciplinary approach. The modules and their content have been discussed and agreed with our industry partners to meet the current challenges of the industry sectors.

The students are required to prepare an MSc dissertation that will enable them to apply theory and practice to analyse and solve complex engineering problems. The research project gives an opportunity to collaborate with expert academic staff specialized in certain research areas and may also involve collaboration with industry.

 

Printing and Publishing

The modern printing and publishing sector of the Republic of Belarus is a dynamically evolving system of businesses and enterprises engaged in printing, publishing and book sales.

The business of the publishing and printing industry is the mass production and distribution of information in the form of books, periodicals, newspapers and other printed matter. Their production cycle involves the entire range of operations: processing (editing), storage (printing and warehousing), dissemination (marketing) and use (management) of information.

 

Printing is production, publishing is dissemination and these two overlapping activities are essential for making any written work publicly available to the audience.

The printing and publishing program allows students to focus on myriad aspect of the publishing process, from bookbinding and printmaking, to computer-based layout and design.

Designed for aspiring students, our program integrates traditional print with electronic publishing topics. Faculty members will provide you with an in-depth overview of the publishing landscape as well as with practical, on-the-ground experience and invaluable insight.
