September 25, 2017, the delegation of the Lanzhou University of Technology and the College of Computer and Communication (People's Republic of China) headed by the university president, Professor Xia Tiandong visited BSTU .
The first pro-rector of BSTU Aliaksandr Tsyhanau and the head of the Chinese delegation, Professor Xia Tiandong signed an agreement on cooperation between BSTU and Lanzhou Technological University.
During the meeting, the sides exchanged information on the structure of educational institutions, directions for training specialists.
The subjects of inter-university cooperation discussed, including the academic exchange of students and teachers, the organization of training of specialists in the system of double diplomas, the direction of foreigners to Russian language courses, as well as the attraction of Chinese specialists to participate in the work of the Confucius class created at the BSTU, in joint research programs and etc.
The head of the Chinese delegation, Xia Tiandong, invited to visit Lanzhou in a convenient time for the Belarusian side.
